Someone can tell us we are a piece of crap and we can believe them. It takes years to break free of negative. Everything that you write I have felt in the past. Your words are disturbing yet comforting at the same time. It always makes me think and want to do better. Please find your value. Go back and take that little boy out of that hurtful place and protect him and hold him close. He has work to do.
